App Store & In-App Purchases (iOS)

• Paid exams (DISC, Herrmann) are unlocked only via Apple In-App Purchase.
• If you paid but the exam is still locked, open the unlock sheet and tap Verify Payment.
• Purchases are charged by Apple and appear on your Apple ID billing. We do not store your full card details.
• For billing disputes or refunds, contact Apple Support or manage purchases in your Apple ID settings.

Account & sign-in

• You can sign in with Email, Google, or Apple Sign-In.
• Forgot password: use “Forgot Password” in the app to receive an email OTP.
• To delete your account: open More → Delete Account in the app, or email us.

• DISC — one-time IAP unlock
• Herrmann — one-time IAP unlock
